That was what I was thinking during the whole ultrasound experience yesterday. Yes, I could tell that it was a baby, but I couldn't tell much else. We did get a good view of the baby's feet, legs, and knee. Other than that, I was pretty clueless. Apparently the tech got a good look at things like the eye sockets, brain and stomach. The funny thing was that even had we wanted to find out the gender of the baby, I don't think we would have been able to. Baby Rogers had his/her legs crossed so there was no telling. Overall, it was a very cool experience. Stuart and I smiled all the way through. I must say, the kid does have the cutest little feet I've ever seen:0) Today was my 20 week appt. Everything looks/sounds good. The heart rate was steady at 140 bpm yesterday and the kid weighs a whopping 13 oz. That's all from our neck of the woods. We have a pretty low key rest of the week ahead. We'll keep you updated.
